Brotherhood
Education
XPL holds brotherhood activities to help strengthen the bond between our members. Each member is respected for his ideas, contributions, and common goals of helping our community.
XPL participates in Men Who Read in Elementary Schools, as well as Go-To-High-School and Go-To-College programs to ensure we are steering the youth into great decisions about attending high school and college.

Membership Dues
Ways To Pay Your Dues
Xi Phi Lambda Membership dues for the following year are due by November 15th of the year. National dues received after November 15th are subject to a $10.00 late fee.
Membership dues for Xi Phi Lambda are $200.00. Alumni members can also submit their national dues of $150.00 to the local chapter. Xi Phi Lambda Chapter members can pay their dues by cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card.
